The Midstream App has been developed to meet the needs of all Midstream residents. In addition to having access to a comprehensive business and services directly, users can conveniently log emergency calls within the boundaries of Midstream. This includes the functionality of sending a photograph of the incident to the Paramedics or Security Control Room.
It is important to note that the App works with geo location so you must be within the boundaries of Midstream to make use of the Midstream emergency services benefits, namely Paramedics, Security and Snakes/Bees catchers. Please ensure that your device location settings are ON when using the App.
Residents can select which category of Push Notifications they would like to receive by selecting from the options available in the Push Notification menu.
REGISTER IN 4 EASY STEPS:
1. Download – visit the App Store of Google Play and download the Midstream App
2. Register – enter your details, including your 4-digit stand number, to register. Please note Sectional Title residents must use their full stand number. The principal resident registers first and will then invite additional residents to register
3. Verification – following registration, you will need to be verified. You will receive notification once verification on the App has been approved
4. Settings – set your location, add additional residents and manage your profile
